Aaron Briscoe is the first trainer I have ever worked with, and finding him has changed my life. When i started with him I was obese and pre-diabetic, heading for a knee replacement and had a chronic stiff neck from a whiplash injury. Aaron really knows his stuff, has inspired me to change, is understanding, and misses nothing! After 3 years with him, I have shed (many) pounds, built muscle, have much less joint pain, and have excellent medical test results. He inspired this 60+ woman (and resolute couch potato), and if you are looking for a trainer who can make a huge difference in your life, do yourself a favor and check him out. He'll make you work, and it is worth every arduous moment!

I've worked off and on with at least six trainers over the years and Aaron is way beyond even the best of the others I've worked with. He has the ability to tailor workouts specifically and successfully to anyone's needs, ranging from hard core body builders to seniors that have chronic pain/injuries to accommodate. I have a significant low back injury and Aaron has been instrumental in strengthening my back and thereby reducing pain. He has also helped me drop 20+ lbs and get much stronger overall. My running and swimming have also benefitted greatly from working with him in the gym.


One of the keys to Aaron's ability to train clients is that he is an advanced weightlifter and martial artist. This gives him a natural ability to teach and demonstrate proper technique, as well as motivate.

I've worked out in a gym for years hitting the weights and occasional cardio. Tired of the same routine and long hours you have to put in at the gym I wanted to improve my agility and keep up my strength. All the while rehabbing some minor knee surgery. The program and circuits we did were more challenging and rewarding than any day at the gym and were done in much less time. The equipment and exercises Aaron introduced changed my workout habits for life, to know so much can be accomplished without the use of benches, dumbells, etc. was reward enough.

I HAD to look for a trainer as I needed to change the way I looked in the mirror and more importantly reduce my cholesterol. I'm not a gym rat and rather hate the idea of going to a gym in general. I was referred to Aaron and he was a God send. He has been extremely inspirational to me in helping me to enjoy taking care of myself.
